That worked most of the time. Last night, I had a nightmare with that zombie theme my brain loves so much.
I stood my ground, waited for it to charge at me and killed it with my weapon.Now, I'm with some friends, we're going up against a faction far stronger than us. Enemies are coming from both ends.
To see or dream that you are a zombie suggests that you are physically and/or emotionally detached from people and situations that are currently surrounding you. I had one particularly real zombie dream probably 10 or 15 years ago now that still haunts me. People are driven by the most primitive of instincts. I have killed, hid, and ran away from zombies during these dreams but never really died or looked a zombie directly in its face. For me what makes them so bad, is the same thing that makes them such an effective movie antagonist, it's how they just keep on coming, no matter how good you are or how slow they are, they just keep on coming and eventually you'll run out of ammo, or they'll get through your last layer of defence.Chills down my spine remembering them. I recall at least one insance where I did just that, but instead of waking up, I was transported to a prior point in the dream. My Grandmother use to help me figure these out she was so good at dream interpretation I get some of it then get stumped. There are many different movies and films whereby zombies infect the human race with a damaging virus. I'd get myself killed just to escape the nightmare. Therefore I can fight a zombie off or run, but I cannot take myself out of the zombie dream.My general questions are does anyone else have these types of dreams, and/or does anyone know what they mean? Sometimes they might reflect being jealous for not being able to please someone. I remember not wanting to die. It’s an easy connection to make, bearing in mind that the comparison with zombies is an exaggeration. In the dream, the zombie also implies an inability to connect.
