We were enjoying the day out on the lake today (5/31/2020) when we pulled our boat up to the edge of the bank at campsite #41 and walked around this campsite to see if it would be a good place to reserve a spot for our upcoming family camping trip, which would require us to reserve 3 spots for those of us planning to go. Do book reservations in advance, I showed up around 8pm on a Friday evening and all the campsites were reserved. They have clean restrooms, but these do not have electricity. USA. Most all have views of the lake. NOT nice people! The showers are well-lighted, warm with warm water plus a toilet and lock. This site was in direct afternoon/evening sun which was a bit brutal. Overall, I had a great time here, and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful sunset over the lake. The woman began yelling profanity out at us and giving us dirty looks. Just a few moments later a man and woman appeared who i assume maintain the place, as they seemed to be cleaning up the mess I mentioned we had helped tidy despite it not even being our trash.
