I highly recommend it....Great Calamari, personal steak calzone, Hawaiian pizza, and garlic rolls. I think this one has everything I'm looking for is pizza dough. The thickness of the crust on our Brooklyn Style pizza falls between the Hand Tossed and the Crunchy Thin Crust options. I’m making another one and freezing it. Chip Willis My nub loves the pizza and he's a picky pizza guy. Can't say enough good things about Brooklyn Crust. OPEN at 4:00 pm.
