We got home and they have put £165.43 on my credit card and I am unable to download the invoice to find out what this is exactly for. It took ages to find the place to drop the car off Do not trust. When i did get through and explained the situation, they suddenly couldn't understand English. Booked online for a car, it gave me the option of super CDW (insurance) FREE!!

But this is not always the case with FireFly. Firefly=Hertz Spain profiteering from Virus emergency! Waiting in the queue to collect vehicle was rather slow, other than that I'm pleased with the service and value. This is a very bad practice of Firefly and something should be done about it.
Long, uncomfortable wait outside office to pick up car. Did try to phone due to corona virus as needed to drop the car back early , but got no reply. I gues they think that it is too small amount and people wont notice or wont fight for it
