Did you happen to have a coupon when you purchased these items? You don't see the individual amount of the discount on each item unless you return something and then it's shown individually. I love the store, but always thought that if you had the original receipt for the product purchased there, you would get the exact amount back for returning the product (either credit to your account, gift card, cash, or check).

Our Return Policy allows for purchased items to be returned within 180 days of purchase and extends to all Kohl's merchandise with the exception of premium electronics which must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with original packaging and a valid receipt or account look-up. KOHL'S does not charge a return fee... most of the time the customer does not remember they used coupon and the amount u get back is after the coupon... Hope that helps... I asked Customer Service what their policy was and they said if I have a Kohls card, I can return any time. Obviously, I did not accept this. In both cases the amount spend was not the amount given back. No receipt. That's ridiculous.

first of all most of the return policy is on the back of your receipt. Don't worry about it they will send them back to the manufacture. If your gift arrived by mail from Kohl's, you can return it by mail. Now that's good customer service and return policy.
