I’ve seen them at Walmart, Target, and Kroger stores and you can find them under the name Speculoos at Trader Joe’s.If you can’t find them or don’t want to use them, replace with 17 graham crackers instead (when I say graham cracker, I mean the full rectangle).I would highly recommend reading the recipe through once or twice before you actually get started making the filling. Bake until fragrant, about 12 minutes. I baked the prepared graham cracker crust for 6 minutes in the oven and used the cheapest whipped topping. I have a couple of complaints. I baked the prepared graham cracker crust for 6 minutes in the oven and used the cheapest whipped topping. Greetings from hot Paraguay Oh my goodness! The dough became soggy when baking the custard filling (despite pre-baking crust @ 400°F for 10 minutes). Well there’s no pie crust involved. I accidentally bought fat free pudding mix but you wouldn't know it it was so good! Servings:
And second, I added a layer of hot fudge topping (about 2/3 of an 11.75 ounce jar) on top of the pudding (between that and the whipped cream).
