The c. 1900 Pierce House is located within the Lincoln Center Historic District in Lincoln, Massachusetts, and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, along with several other historic properties in the district. r easy to work with and incredibly responsive . We wanted a historic home for our wedding. She was very responsive from day one and willing to help you make it the wedding you want. Highly recommend this venue! The Pierce House lets you customize your event. The setting and backdrop are beautiful, and the house has a lot of history. There were only two issues. Everyone complimented the ceiling of twinkle lights in the tent and the set up of the whole facility. Thank you again for hosting us!mails.
The house itself encompasses four spacious event rooms that can seat up to 75 guests combined. We loved having our wedding there.Looked at a lot of venues and thought this was the most beautiful and good value. The grounds of the estate hold many natural treasures to enjoy, such as woodlands, ponds, local wildlife, and much more. The Pierce House lets you customize your event. If you are someone who is looking to have every aspect of a wedding planned for you, I wouldn't recommend the Pierce House only because it is not solely a wedding venue, and you will need to take care of a lot of the planning (including working independently with the tent rental company and the like). This was perfect for us since we wanted freedom in choosing our vendors and didn't want a pre-packaged hotel deal. So we were not able to rent our own tent to our own liking. This couple was so lighthearted and fun, and created an amazing party for their guests. What I liked about the Pierce House is that I could select my own vendors and not have to pick from a handful of standard packages. It is a great spot for a do-it-your own wedding, as well as a wedding planner wedding.

It is a great spot for a do-it-your own wedding, as well as a wedding planner wedding. The Pierce House is a very "DIY" venue, but that's what my fiance and I were looking for. This idyllic estate is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The only tricky part for us was picking a caterer who met the insurance requirements for the Pierce House, but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we ended up with a caterer from their recommended list who saved our wedding (rental disaster) on more than one occasion.
