I believe it's a new wave song, and at first I thought it might be by Kajagoogoo or Howard Jones but I don't think it's by any of them. It's an 80s/early 90s song that starts off with "na na, na na na, nanananananana", and then it's repeated in the chorus (I think). Pretty sure it was a woman singing the na nas.

EDIT: Probably should have been a little more descriptive. Since unfortunately I can't remember any other lyrics, I can't really place what genre it is, but it's definitely an 80s/90s song, and when I hear it in my head it gives me the impression that it's a Yazoo or Kajagoogoo song.
